FELIU'S CLUB

The Feliiu'a Club is in Sta Barbara mountain.
It's the best club because it's in the middle of the mountains ans it's a very calm place. All people of Angles go there.
It's got a Spa with three saunas, five jacuzzis, three pools, on pool's got cold water and the other two hot water. There's a big gym, a very luxurious restaurant and a disco.
You can exercise at the gym, swim in the pools, relax at the spas, eat at the restaurant and have fun at the disco.
There are very specialized trainners and massage specialists.
When you leave you feel very happy and with no worries.

THE FUTURE

In my opinion life in the future will be better or not. It depends. I think if humans take care, it will be better, but if we don't take care, it will be worse. It will be better if we won't pollute the environment any more, and if we develop new technologies which don't pollute.

I believe it's important that we preserve the environment clean , if we do that, all humans, animals and plants will survive.

In general I feel pessimistic about the future, because every day the planet is more polluted, and I think it's possible that the temperature go up and there migth be a climatic change, and all of us migth die. In the future we will be able to colonize the space because on the earth there won't be anything. We won't be able to eat natural food or have drinking water.

BASKETBALL

HISTORY
The beginning of basketball was in an American school in 1891. The promoter was James Naismith, a sports instructor of the YMCA ( an association of Christian Young people) in Springfield.
The long winters that Springfield suffered, made that the students couldn’t play any sport. James was worried about this, because the students needed to keep entertained and with good physical conditions. James studied some games and choose the best rules to create a new game. He wanted to create a game which could be played indoors and in reduced spaces.
The first official basketball match was played in the YMCA GIM, on the 20^th of January 1892.
Basketball spread very quickly to the rest of the United States and Canada, and it ascended to Olympic category in 1936.

THE DRIVE TO DUBAI

Kareem’s a very happy man, his father’s got a new job at the Eastern Trading Company, and he’ll marry Samira, the girl who loves

One day Kareem’s father found a parcel with a note in his office. The note said he had to take the parcel to Dubai. He took it, but he didn’t open the parcel. The police arrested him, because in the parcel there were some jewellery stolen from Sheikh Ahmed Bin Salem. He stayed two days at the police station, and when he arrived home all the people of the town thought that he was a thief.

Kareem didn’t like to see his father and his mother sad, and he decided to find the real thief. He spoke to Abu Malek, the man who makes coffee in the company. Kareem decides to disguse like a cleaner and go into the company with his brother Ibrahim when the evening falls.

They discover that one of the drawers of Omar’s office was locked, and perhaps the rest of the stolen jewellery was there.

The next night Kareem got into the company again with a camera to film Omar with the jewellery and prove that he was the thief.

He was filming, but Omar didn’t open the drawer, he made a hole with a spoon in the soil of a plant. He took something out it was a diamond necklace.

The day after Kareem showed the video to Samira’s father to prove that his father wasn’t guilty. An year later Kareem and Samira married.

THE CHOCOLATE COUNTRY

Hi Giuseppe.
I’m writing this e-mail from the Chocolate Country. The weather is a bit cold, and the summer here doesn’t exist. You know what, don’t you?
The people here is really nice and sweet, and the country very tasty!
I’ve just arrived here in Sweety, the capital.
In this last few days I’ve swum in chocolate pools and eaten a lot of chocolate and sweets. I’ve been all the streets and I want to visit all the city.
In these days I’ve enjoyed the trip a lot.
Tonight I’m staying in the Real Sweet Hotel.

Healthy lifestyle

Last day I
took a test about healthy lifestyles. My score was 79 out of 100.

I think my
lifestyle is quite healthy. I always eat 2 fruits each day, some vegetables,
pasta, whole made bread, meat, but I think that I eat too much chocolate!

I don’t do
a lot of exercise because I haven’t got too much time, but I try to do it at
least 3 times a week.

My sleeping
habits are good, but I think I should go to bed earlier, because during the
week I only sleep six or seven hours each night.

To have a
more healthy lifestyle I think that I should do more exercise, eat less
chocolate and sleep more hours.
